"Break free, huh? I'm sorry, but do you not understand which one of us is handcuffed to the bed?" he laughs evilly.
You want to vomit because of the sickness of this man. You know you have to escape, but you don't know how.
You look carefully at your captor. He's not a large man. You could definitely take him if the opportunity arose. You realize that your legs are not tied to the bed like your hands. As he is renewing the zip ties, you knee him on the back of his head. He immediately falls over, unable to finish securing your hands to the bed. You sit up violently and kick him in the head again—just to make sure that he remains unconscious while you search for a way to escape his lair.
It seems to work, the doctor remains in a crumpled pile on the ground. You search frantically for your keys, and find them underneath the bed. You quickly cut yourself free from the bed, and look around for another weapon to use if he should wake up and surprise you. You pick up a syringe and head towards the door. You walk out of the large metal opening and into a poorly lit hallway. You see that there are other rooms in this place.
