The Coast of Home 3D

You go inside of your house instead of going on the long voyage to the beach. You think about it for a little bit and decide to ask your housemate.
"Hey, do you know what this note is about?"
"Oh, that... well, it's really nothing. Probably just some kids messing around with you. Have you seen it before?"
"Well, no, but today I was hiking and I heard the strangest thing, it was like voices, but at the same time it was almost misty-"
"Maybe you were just hearing things. How much water have you drank today?"
"Well, I suppose not enough, but I don't usually hear voices when I'm dehydrated..."
Your housemate looks very suspicious, but you don't want her to know that you notice.
"You know what, you're probably right. I haven't drank anything since this morning, and I should probably prioritize hydration."
She looks satisfied. "Oh, I forgot to tell you, I'm going to have to miss dinner tonight. I'm sorry, I should have told you earlier, but... I forgot."
"Oh, that's fine. Where are you going?"
"Well, the business is downsizing, and they want everybody to work overtime tonight so they can assess our abilities."
That's a lie. The fishing business in Alaska is downsizing? There is no way that she is telling you the truth.
"Well, work hard!" you smile, waving at her as she walks out the door.
You watch out the kitchen window and notice that she is holding the strange note in her hand, walking in one direction, looking down at the ground, almost running.
