Who is this man? Now that you are the guilty one, everyone, everything seems to be out to get you. How can you trust this man?
You look carefully at him, and see that his pocket is bulky. It seems to have something in it. Like a gun, or something that one of the FED's would carry. You give him a suspicious look and clench your bag, ready to flee.
Quite unexpectedly, this man bursts into laughter. You flinch.
"Don't look at me like that, lad. I just noticed that you are carrying a pretty big bag, there, as if you are running away from home. I felt like you are a bit too old to run away like a teenager."
The man's tone is very casual and comfortable, like you are his close friend.
You try to calm down and appear more chill. The last thing you want is to look suspicious and frightened, like someone is chasing you. You breathe deeply, looking straight through the man's eyes.
"Well, just sick of my room, sick of my parents, sick of my life. Wanted to go somewhere away from home. Anywhere."
You try to sound chill, but notice that your voice is shaking. The man doesn't seem to have noticed. He looks at you with curious and very deep eyes, making it hard to know what he's thinking.
"Huh, really? It looks like you are carrying a dead body, since the bag is so huge."
He laughs uproariously, as if his joke about your bag is completely hilarious.
Though you try to play along, you still can't seem to shake your nervous look. The man awkwardly looks away for a moment, then holds out his hand towards you, and says, "My name is Blair. What's yours?"
You debate whether to take this man's hand. The suspicious thing in his pocket is still bothering you. Is this man be trusted?
